Can you hold a place before I apply?

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You pay for last month's rent and security deposit at the signing of your lease. You pay for first month's rent on the first day of your tenancy. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security Deposits are refundable, dependent on a satisfactory move-out inspection. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Find the property on our listings page, click on it, and apply! You can also contact us directly and we can send you an application link. -
How do I pay rent?
On our portal. You can pay via direct deposit or mail. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact us immediately and see if this is allowable at the property. If so, we can make an amendment to the lease. Keep in mind there are applicable fees to pets. If pets are at the property but not the lease, fines and/or notices to comply can be administered. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
There is a lease addendum for this. Most important is that your roommate will have to approve of you leaving the lease early. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
First step: notify us immediately. This is usually not an issue. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Typically, we cover all maintenance and repairs. However, repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
