We want our owners to know that when we spend money for maintenance, it's done in a disciplined and informed manner. We offer our residents a secure portal to submit all maintenance issues. Once we receive a maintenance request, we use our tight network of preferred vendors to find a quality solution. During this process, we coordinate and communicate with the tenants, vendors, and you.

Typically with our owners, we create a "Not To Exceed" (NTE) amount. This gives us a limit on what we can spend on maintenance without having to bother you.

If there is a larger job, such as remodeling a kitchen, we will consult you on price and assist in the management of the project. You can relax, we do the work.

Every month you will receive any receipts from the previous month's maintenance. You will also receive your Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement for the property so you can review it's performance. In addition to this, all previous reports are posted and available to be accessed 24/7 on our Owner Portal.
